環境很新 舒服 乾淨 冷氣很冷 廁所水壓很大 床也很舒服

Convenient and good

Excellent location especially for the location, everything is nearby with walking distance or grab with few bucks that can travel most of the nice food around..hotel is good for everything and modern design as well, the only cons is the housekeeping did not ever replace my towels after took my towel away and also my refillable water bottle..other than that, everything good.

房間aircond不夠冷。 房間寫着特大張床，但是來到是queen bed，有點窄。這個房型衹能2個大人。

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Is super enjoy and grand design. Super comfortable!

The hotel location is fantastic. It's near to shopping malls and the attractions and restaurants are walking distance. We are very disappointed with the room. The room that we were allocated, one of the room's aircon was not working and they sent the technicians to repair it. We requested for a changed of room as it still cannot be resolved after about an hour. We finally moved to our new room after more than 1 hour of waiting. I was kind of looking forward in staying this hotel but the actual vs the photos in the website is very different. There were 2 bedrooms and only 1 is with attached bathroom, the other one is next to the common bathroom at the dinning area. The whole area is very minimalist kind of environment. Toilet has no extra hooks for hanging of clothes. So you'll have to put your clothes or towel by putting the toilet seat cover. The shower screen does not even help the water from splashing out, therefore the floor map is always wet. There is no toilet paper holder and no place for you to put your shower gel etc in the shower room. Throughout the whole day, there is this noise that sounds the aircon compressor sound it's very irritating as it affected my sleep. Overall the hotel service from the attendances are good as they try to attend to the problems but the facilities and the experience we had. I will not recommend or come back again. Totally disappointed!!!

Granite Luxury Hotel is a nice place to stay in. I booked room type that has got separate living room and bedroom. Stayed for 4nights. It is almost like an air BnB - cutleries and induction cooker available upon request. I requested for late check out, request not able to be matched but was offered a resting area similar to a room with shower facilities and sofa bed for a few hours - another bonus point added 😉 Room is very clean and location is superb. I truly enjoy my stay

The hotel entrance is hidden in a small alley. It is hard for taxi drop off. If it is raining when you arrive the hotel, you will be wet. We were in another building next to the hotel lobby. That building’s lobby, elevator are semi outdoor. You walk out of your room you are in the hot and humid air. I don’t think I like this kind of setup or the design. They need to turn on the A/C before guest check in the room. After we went into our room, it was so hot, and took over an hour to cool it to a tolerable temperature. Be honest, I will look for other hotel next time.

Clean and Nice view

Excellent hotel with excellent service staff. Very friendly and helpful with lovely air conditioning as compared to Hotel Neo+. Found everything good about this place and we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Penang.

Worth it with the suite...one of the most best ever suite we had..will repeat

The room size just right and neat.They provide basket of local souvenirs(coffee,biscuits,syrup and etc) for welcoming us.Impressed with the systematic carpark,they provided umbrella(need to be return) located at ground floor.
