The hotel location is convenient, right in the heritage area, behind Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion. It's within a 15 to 20-minute walk to popular spots like Street Art, Clan Jetties, and the Straits Settlements-era buildings. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety, including Hokkien mee, roti canai, Japanese, and Western options. The room cleanliness is excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the location is great – not far from the scenic spots, just a 10-15 minute walk. The front desk service was excellent. I arrived at 1 PM and was able to check in immediately. The cleanliness was also good, and for a solo traveler like me, the room was super spacious. I was on the 9th floor and had a lovely sea view. Dining options are convenient too; the hotel has its own restaurant, but if you don't want to eat there, there's a food stall area about a 1-2 minute walk away, though the prices were a bit on the high side for me. The only downside for me was the limited parking, which is first-come, first-served. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel front desk staff were polite and friendly. The lobby offered a variety of complimentary chilled drinks, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit any attraction. The sea-view rooms even offer sunrise views. It's great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again! 😊

Facilities: The hotel is a bit old but the overall facilities are relatively good. Service: The service was very attentive. All the staff smiled and greeted us proactively, and our requests were promptly assisted. There were even staff members who spoke Chinese! Breakfast: Penang has too much delicious food, so I didn't add breakfast. Location: The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Blue Mansion. George Town's central mural street and other attractions are also within walking distance. It's very close to the Penang ferry terminal, which is convenient if you're coming from Kuala Lumpur by train and ferry. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Penang.

This hotel deserves a five-star review; it made our trip perfect. First, the location is superb. It's close to Georgetown's main districts and the seaside. Most popular attractions are within 1km, but even if you don't visit them, simply strolling around the neighborhood and its streets is beautiful. Within 300 meters, there are numerous Michelin-starred restaurants, offering everything from Peranakan and Vietnamese to Chinese cuisine, durian stalls, tea houses, and Hainanese chicken rice. Second, it's incredibly quiet. Despite its prime location and Penang's abundance of motorcycles, we enjoyed a peaceful stay. Only a few high-rise hotels in the vicinity could rival this, but at a much higher price point. Third, the hotel service was absolutely fantastic! Due to a flight change, we arrived in Penang at 7 AM, and they incredibly allowed us to check in at 9 AM! They also provided two connecting rooms (common in Southeast Asia, good for friends traveling together), which made communication easy and felt very secure. Fourth, the hotel facilities are comprehensive, and cleanliness is excellent. The towels always had a warm, pleasant scent and were very soft. The pool isn't huge but it's a circulation pool, and while there's only one treadmill, it has a built-in fan! Runners in Penang will understand how crucial that is. Finally, to show my genuine satisfaction, I've already booked another hotel from this brand for my next destination.

Arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, which was before check-in time. I asked the front desk just to see if it was possible to check in early, and to my surprise, they let me! The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean and had a great view of the sea. The hotel is close to George Town's historic district, with many attractions within walking distance. A special thanks goes to Soon Hock at the front desk. His Mandarin was excellent, and his service was very professional. I needed to mail some documents, and he proactively helped me buy stamps and write envelopes, saving me a lot of trouble. Thank you, Soon Hock! 🤗🤗

The environment is clean and comfortable, and the room windows offer a sea view and a glimpse of the sunrise. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Various popular food spots are just a few hundred meters from the hotel, so you can pretty much walk everywhere.
