My husband spoke w/ someone re: our stay which would have been 2 nights 15-16th May. We cannot stay in pet friendly rooms b/c of asthma and allergies. We were told the 4th floor doesn’t allow pets so we booked it. When we arrived the man at the desk said all the floors are pet friendly so we decided to try it but we had to leave. In room about 2 hours. Thought we would get a refund since we were told that 4th floor is no pet. The man at the desk was very rude and seemed annoyed w/ us, no apology or sorry about our situation just we will owe for 2 nights. We left owing over $300.00 for nothing. Hoping that since you know our situation we will get a refund.

The hotel is old, shows it's age. Definitely needs updating. It was clean for what they could do. It's in a very safe area, with a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. Quiet and friendly. Not the best we've stayed at, but not the worst. If you stay in this area, be sure to visit downtown Georgetown, about 5 minutes away - it is beautiful and has great downtown Mayberry charm!

The staff was super friendly. Room was clean. Water pressure left something to be desired but was hot. The pool was clean for the most part a few brown spots at the bottom whirlpool was cleaner than pool but would only stay on for 15mins before you have to walk to otherside of the room to turn back on. Breakfast was really good. All in all would definitely go again.

I appreciate that there wasn’t a time limit on when the kids could enjoy the pool, as a mom of boys they need to get that energy out even if it’s 10 pm

This Hotel is old, however that is no excuse for built up dust on the bathroom lights and the top of the mirror. That doesn't just accumulate overnight. So that makes me wonder what else they are not cleaning on a daily or weekly basis. We also found a spot of blood on our ice bucket bag.

We checked in late but had booked on line. The hotel register first responds was you wasn’t on the list for tonight. I said I have my confirmation. She finally looked us up. The room is very outdated. Tv didn’t work. The only nice thing was the breakfast. It was good.
