First of all we had to check in at 2pm and at 215pm maid was still cleaning so we had a late check in and pls note that we paid nearly 300 Euro for 3 nights. Secondly pool was most of the time dirty, water not clear, full.of loud maltese families and kids and youngsters. Kids kept throwing balls at us while we tried to relax on the sun bed. Every day of our stay. Not even 1 day of relaxation we had here! Shame on you! No one to keep control whatsover! Irrelevant the big notice in pool which says no shouting, no balls, no diving. Flat was not bad but on the whole it was a disgusting experience. If you really want to relax go to Kempinski hotel or somewere else. Definately not here.
