we stayed at this hotel on a Saturday day/night and Sunday. The hotel is mediocre in terms of quality (old, unmaintained furniture, industrial appearance and not at all decorated, in some places unkempt and even dirty). the services are ... pathetic. I requested room service - but it was refused by the reception due to lack of staff. Parking space - due to an event nearby, I couldn't find it and it wasn't offered to me either. The dialogue with the reception was... lack of respect and care for the customer. poor indeed.

The price for one night was 473 RON without breakfast, the hotel lift wasn't big enough to accommodate the trolley for the bags and myself. The room furniture very old and noise, the shower didn't have no curtain and the water was running down towards the room because the bathroom door frame was swollen due to water exposure. In the morning we pay for breakfast 49 RON each as we were three of us, the breakfast was awful. Avoid at all cost as they are much cheaper in the area with better service for money!

Good size room, very nice view, decent size bathroom overall, decent range of minibar choices, very clean, nice breakfast choices, very well trained staff. It was a very nice surprise for a three star hotel to be this clean and this decent and for the staff to be as polite and accommodating to everyone. The beds were twin, I did not find any choice of double room (if there was, my bad on this). The shower was a bit small. A couple of minuses on the electric sistem that can easily be fixed.

L'albergo è situato in una zona centrale, vicino i corsi principali. Il personale è molto gentile. La stanza purtroppo era un po' datata così come il bagno ma occorre tenere presente il contesto! Ottimo il ristorante dell'albergo. Il personale parla italiano!
