I had a great hotel experience in an unexpected place. The room had a nice view, bathroom facilities were good, and the clean interior was impressive.

A guarantee, an excellent structure for those who decide to take a peaceful and comfortable holiday, ideal for families with children and teenagers of all ages. Excellent animation, not intrusive but very engaging. We had a great week, they really enjoyed it. Great staff led by the head animator Levio who coordinates everything with great professionalism and experience. We recommend this property to everyone. Pros: Huge, clean and soundproof room. Large bathroom even if the water comes out of the shower box ... Putting a couple of hangers outside the box and NOT above the toilet might be more convenient ... or am I wrong? If one washes his hands or his teeth then he has to turn and wet the floor to reach the towels… it seems absurd to me! Very large parking both outside and inside (charging € 5 for the indoor one seems a bit out of place but okay, nothing bad) Negative aspects: Disastrous breakfast. We arrive and find few people then several free tables. My wife places a packet of handkerchiefs and a small bag with her mask inside on a set table and we go to get some food. We go back to the table and the leaning things are gone. I call a waitress who apologizes and tells me she thought someone had forgotten them and took them away. But if the table is set how can I have forgotten them ???? If it is set it means that I haven't started having breakfast yet, right ?! Okay, nothing wrong with that ... if he goes away and comes back immediately with the two packets. But how? First you take them away, MAYBE you throw them away and then you bring them back to me ??? How do I know you didn't throw them in the trash? Come on, they weren't valuable things, you look better by not bringing me back anything, right ?! As for the breakfast itself, good croissants, very few cakes, there is a jug of hot water (I presume for the tea) but it is empty. At the end of the room there are two coffee machines, one of which is out of order and the other ... without coffee 🤷🏻‍♂️ Maybe we misunderstood us and we had to go to the bar but ... if there are machines .... boh Fruit juice totally tasteless… Too bad because it seems to me a good hotel with an adequate cost. Why not treat everything a little better ??! Last thing: but since when do you pay when you arrive and not when you leave? This had NEVER happened to me 🤷🏻‍♂️

Very well organized, clean and modern facility, professional and friendly staff, large soundproofed rooms with comfortable and spacious beds. Excellent courtesy service, good breakfast. A real Business Hotel! Highly recommended

Staff gentilissimo.. La signorina che ci ha accolto alla reception veramente molto disponibile...albergo mooolto bello ed elegante. Camera confortevole con kit di cortesia e buona colazione con vasta scelta.... Sicuramente da ritornare....
