Brand new and modern structure with swimming pool on the roof and gym in the basement, equipped with laundry for a fee, you sleep very well, breakfast is included with the room and for a fee you can have lunch and dinner, in the room also fridge and microwave. Very convenient and located 50 meters from the metro station, 20" from the airport and about the same from the train station in the center of Valencia, for those arriving by car, bike or scooter, there is the garage. In short I recommend it, because I found it very good.

We were just spending the night and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities: a hotel and student residence where the buffet and common areas are shared, but the bedrooms are on separate floors. The rooms are student residence-style, but spacious, very practical, and have very comfortable beds. There is no ceramic hob for cooking, but there is a fridge, microwave, and closets. The shower, toilet, and sink are in separate areas (very practical). There are standard double rooms and other "connecting" single rooms (single beds in separate rooms but connected (shared bathroom and kitchen). Everything is very new and of good quality. There are many common areas, including a rooftop pool, bike storage, laundry facilities, and a gym. Many might be put off by the fact that it's also a student residence, but for the price we paid, the facilities are luxurious. Parking is easy. The breakfast buffet is limited in variety but still offers quality, comparable to a 3- or 4-star hotel. In fact, the coffee is excellent, and the ham is of higher quality than many hotels. A car is required to find restaurants.
