We stayed here for two nights in April.
It's a quaint property on top of a hill.
Although there are no facilities such as a pool or spa, there is a lovely terrace and garden overlooking the mountains, where you can spend your time relaxing.
Security was also tight, so we felt safe and secure.

This hotel is exceptional in terms of the hotel, staff, the view, the gardens and the atmosphere. The room was excellent as well, and warm! Loved the decor. But the standout were the staff; just so helpful and attentive. This was our 3rd stay at this excellent hotel. (And we love the apricot juice!) Value for money as well!

Stayed here for one night as part of our week-long trip to the Gilgit-Baltistan region and absolutely loved our stay. The property is wonderful - serene, well-maintained, and full of charm. We booked through Agoda and got a very good deal, which made it even better value. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with well-appointed bathrooms. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome. A great place to relax after a day of exploring- highly recommend if you’re visiting Gilgit.

We stayed here for two nights as part of our tour of Gilgit Baltistan and the Hunza Valley. I was told by a friend who had been here several years ago that this is the best hotel in the region. It had maintained this reputation. The rooms and showers were of good size and comparable to any 5 stars in Asia or Europe. The view of Mt Rakaposhi in the front lawn is breath taking. you can have your afternoon tea there. Buffet dinner was excellent and I would rate it the best for the trip. As the best hotel in Gilgit and inexpensive compared to the major cities in the West, the rooms are frequently filled during the peak travel period. So book ahead. On the last night in Gilgit Baltistan, we stayed again at this hotel and experienced its suite rooms. I will certain come back to this hotel when I visit Giglit again.

The greatest place to stay in Gilgit with premium services. We booked through our travel agent and stayed for 2 nights. The only draw back is the food for which we had to move out. Sareena has maintaed it's standard for years and that is replicated with us too.

Our stay at this Serena hotel was extremely comfortable. Standard rooms are exceptional. All staff are well trained and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Good selection on restaurant menu. Again Serena hotels are the best in Pakistan

We were on a two week trip through the north east and this came as a wonderful surprise. The bedroom is a large size and the bathroom has some of the best fixtures I've seen in any hotel in Asia; the owners have spent a lot of money on this. The bed is very comfortable. We ate dinner at their barbecue area and the garden setting is lovely. The selection of food on the buffet is extensive and of a high standard. Breakfast upstairs was good with some wonderful views of the mountains. An extremely comfortable hotel.
