This is a great hotel, conveniently located right by the pier, making it super easy to find food, entertainment, and activities. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff are enthusiastic and polite – almost all young and handsome guys! If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the port. It's on a very lively street, with lots of tourists, shops, cafes, and even horses – always bustling with activity. The breakfasts are fantastic – a lavish buffet plus you can order additional dishes to be prepared. Truly among the best! The rooms are incredibly clean and beautiful. The hotel's design gets an A+! 🤓

FOUND BED SHEET HAS MARKS. OPEN SHEET AND FOUND BED BUGS CRAWLING AROUND. HOTEL IS BED BUGS INFECTED.
CHANGE ROOM AND INSPECTED. ALSO FOUND BED BUGS STAIN. BUT STAFF SAY CHECKED.
CHANGE TO 3RD ROOM. INSPECTED OK.
WE STAYED BECAUSE WE DO'NT WANT THE HASSLE TO LOOK FOR HOTELS IN SHORT TIME.

Hotel itself is nice and in very good location. Amenities are nice. But they have to improve service. I had several problems: gave me different type of room, had to switch to another one and a new one was without pillows and towels. It took them 1 hour to make it happen.

My favorite hotel on Gili t the staff have always been the best here making my stay memorable when I go to Gili t I always go here the breakfast is good the rooms are always clean and smell good would definitely be the only place I would stay if am in Gili t 10/10 from the waterboi

The place is in a great location if what you are looking for is to be close to the Harbour, shops, market and nightlife. The staff is friendly. We loved to be invited for New Year’s dinner and party at the hotel - had a great time!

We got missed communication between me and staff on breakfast, i thought on main course we can ordered more than 1 but only one 😅

The Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire day. The pool is a little weird as you need to walk through the place wet.
