A pleasant stay. The hotel is located right on the roadside. The reception staff were friendly, especially a man named Rudi, who was very helpful and kind. This is the right choice for your stay. The breakfast is delicious and the view is beautiful, overlooking the ocean. The room is clean and well-equipped. Although a bit cramped, it's not a problem. I would stay here again because it's comfortable and quiet.

Fabulous location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Very chilled vibes. Many cafes, restaurants and live bands nearby. Highly recommended.

Everything looks as advertised and the staff are exceptionally cheerful and kind .. always ready to help. Breakfast options are great too..

Nice hotel. And restaurant

Hotel location great for a short trip as you don’t want to carry stuff to far from the port. Hotel price matches the quality of what you get. Small ants in the room. Small rooms not a lot of space to open the suitcases and there’s a shower curtain. Compared to other places on the island a lot cleaner than others in the same price range but nothing outstanding about it. They did help us get a boat to gili meno and easy check in / check out. For the price you get what you pay for. Location 10/10

I have stayed here about 5 times over the past few years and I love it. Quieter than other hotels along the beachfront. Close to everything but just far away enough to be away from the late night club music. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are great and friendly. Will be back !!

I'm lowering my rating because the hotel didn't cancel the booking. We couldn't get to Gili Trawangan because of a storm and all the ferries were cancelled. I recommend booking your hotel not in advance, but when you're actually at the port and know the ferry will depart for Gili.

Had a room that looks so much smaller then the photos

Location is quite central from restaurants, spas, convenience marts and the jetty. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Ocean view breakfast by the beach was yummy. Downside is really bad water pressure in the shower

The hotel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the pier. There are plenty of dining options, with their restaurants on the second-floor terrace or across the street, all offering direct sea views – very pleasant! The front desk lady was really helpful; she gave me directions and even helped me find a bike. She was so lovely!

Location was perfect, everything by the door, staff was friendly. The room is dark, ala carte breakfast was boring.

The hotel's location is great, and breakfast is served individually.

Excellently situated for those who wants to party at night and at the same time quiet if you want your sleep back.
