On our trip to Switzerland, we stayed 2 nights in the “Ibis Pontarlier”. Hotel very well located, but maybe less good for some for others, as it is located on a busy roundabout. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, good for a good night's sleep. We also took advantage of the hotel restaurant. What we less liked was that the parking was not closed, but apparently there is a night watchman! End we that in the restaurant we only had the choice out of 2 dishes, but as it is nowadays a bit overall the problem is the lack of staff!! But the dishes served were very good. This is not a criticism, but a statement that we fully understand. For the rest we can recomand this hotel.

Upon arrival, the staff were smiling, welcoming and friendly, ready to satisfy your request. The room was clean, it lacked nothing, the breakfast was good and the staff who were there lived up to our expectations. The parking was easy and secure, and the general setting was relaxing and stress-free. We will return there if we have the opportunity.

The staff are very friendly, but unfortunately speak little or no English, so it would be good to be able to speak French. The rooms are OK, as always at an Ibis. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was very loud and gurgling. The hotel is located in an industrial area, which has the advantage of being easily accessible by car and there are plenty of parking spaces. Unfortunately, this means it's a long way from the center (about a 20-25 minute walk). There are a few shops and snack bars near the hotel, and you can eat in the hotel itself in the evening. I had dinner there once and it was very good. The breakfast is quite modest, but I didn't expect much more.

Situé dans la zone commerciale, juste à côté d'Intermarché, environnement pas très glamour mais calme le soir, d’autant plus que nous avions une chambre sur l’arrière. Assez grand parking en surface. Chambre pas très grande mais très propre et fonctionnelle et avec une déco originale. Petit-déjeuner correct. Conforme aux normes Ibis, bien pour une étape.

Chambre correcte propre , calme , spacieuse idem pour la salle de bain côté hôtel rien à redire Par contre la restauration est catastrophique Boîte chaude de la fromagerie Badoz trop forte servie avec rosette et chorizo super la charcuterie régionale publicité mensongère et quand tu fais la remarque on te répond et bien il faut voir avec la cuisine ah oui mais comment je vois avec eux Pour un plat à 22€ c’est inadmissible En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner vide de chez vide a 7 h 45 plus de madeleines plus de beurre plus de viennoiseries c’est pas normal Je recommande pas la partie restauration

Hôtel à la décoration originale, prestations conformes à ce qu'on attend d'un Ibis rouge, hormis peut-être la taille de la chambre que nous avons trouvé petite. Literie confortable. Salle d'eau fonctionnelle. Il manque des mouchoirs en papier. Petit déjeuner là aussi conforme aux standards Ibis, même s'il aurait été judicieux de proposer du comté !
