The concierge and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, bright, and very comfortable with air conditioning and Netflix available. Complimentary water, a fridge, and a coffee/tea kettle was also provided in my room. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of breakfast foods.

The beds are so comfortable with lots of pillows and lots of extra blankets. The breakfast was very diverse in options. So clean and the owners are so helpful. They helped us order a taxi to old town and helped us order food to be delivered when a member of our family was sick. Could not recommend this place enough!!!

Stayed here for an overnighter on a road trip, well located hotel with great views over the town and of the citadel that most might travel to Gjirokaster to visit. We found the hotel to be immaculate in cleanliness with friendly and hospitable staff. Fair prices with a fine breakfast provided. Did not need anything more, very satisfied with everything

One star only because it was clean. Service level rubbish. Very loud room, due to the music downstairs. Building zone.disco music. Staff acted as they were not bothered about the clients. Do not recommend, waist of money. Parking non existent

Questa struttura si trova vicino al centro storico ed è facilmente raggiungibile dalla strada statale. Ci hanno alloggiato in una mini suite al posto della camera matrimoniale prenotata e abbiamo quindi potuto godere di uno spazio veramente ampio, ben arredato, pulito, con una bella vista sulla fortezza e con un bagno spaziosissimo senza dover pagare alcun supplemento. La prima colazione è sta buona e il servizio molto cortese.

Hotel muy limpio, habitación triple grande y con Expectaculares vistas, camas cómodas aunque la situación no es la más idónea ya que está alejado del pueblo y en la cima de una cuesta, excepto ubicación lo recomiendo, todo nuevo y buen trato

Na verdade foi desilusão. Na publicidade parece que é no centro da cidade….pois não é. Os quartos são relativamente pequenos embora modernos. O pessoal é simpático e prestável embora não seja fácil de encontrar. O pequeno almoço é fraco para um 4 estrelas. Tudo de pacote seja os sumos ou os bolos. Fruta verde. Se fosse 3 estrelas teria uma classificação melhor.

L’hotel Vila Sharm e’ un albergo all’interno di una antica casa tipica albanese totalmente ristrutturata. Le camere sono ampie e pulite Il servizio dell’albergo cordiale Ottima la colazione Unica pecca: la distanza dal centro. Io lo consiglio!
