"I have stayed here a couple of times and overall it's a nice place to stay. I was just a little bit disappointed with my second time stay when I had to call the mobile number to get the access code to get in. Nobody answered and I left a voice message and also a text message. I waited for around 15 minutes making a few more calls to the same number during this time before someone finally got back to me. I'm a frequent traveller and I always get a text message with the access code from those hotels which use such systems. I hope that this is taken in good faith to improve this process making it easier for guests."

"From the moment we walked into reception the service was excellent. Reception staff were extremely warm and lovely. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was clean spacious and the bathroom products amazing. Every staff member we encountered were friendly and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend the Oaks to everyone. Thankyou for making our stay memorable"

"The room is well-equipped and comfortable, clean and tidy, with a view outside the window. The front desk service attitude is very good, the parking space is a little tight, and it is a good choice for passing through. I feel that the blind box is opened well. Recommended. There is an entertainment city on the other side of the building where the hotel is located. The hotel locks the door at night, and it is safe to stay in the room."
