The hotel is conveniently located a three minute walk from the Glasgow Queen Street Station. Check-in was fast, the staff were friendly and helpful and we were in our room in no time at all. The room was impeccably clean and the amenities were perfect with a hairdryer, kettle, teas, coffees, hot chocolate, and a bottle of fresh drinking water all by the bedside. We wouldn't think twice before returning to the hotel. No complaints from me, A+++

I love this place! Staff are friendly and nice, room is clean. 😍😍 The location is superb! Can go to anywhere within 20 walking distance. Love it.

Convenient location within 3 minutes walk from Glasgow Queen Street Station and next to George Square. Friendly staff. The room is pretty small though.

Only stayed 2 nights so did not eat or drink in the hotel.great hotel great location very friendly staff.in a double room we're upgraded to room with window all was superb.

Room is pretty small for such trip since we will have big luggages.
Barely able to walk around when luggage is in. But okay for a day or two. Very central area.

The bus station is just downstairs from the hotel. Next to it is George Square and Queens Station. It is very centrally located.
The train was canceled and I decided to stay for one night at the last minute. The price is right and the location is also very good.
The room service facilities are complete and the price/performance ratio is very high
If you have the chance to come back next time, it’s worth staying a few more nights.

Not bad~ The room will be a bit small, but it's enough. It's a five-minute walk to the city center. When we check in, the waiter thought we didn't pay and we have to pay again. Haha, just read the check-in confirmation.

Knowledgeable and professional staff yet friendly and helpful. Staff works well together and has some of the best attitudes in customer service I have seen in a long time. The room was spotless and bed was very comfortable, cleaning was offered daily. The hotel itself is taken care of and maintenance was great !! I loved the location as both a base for the city and public transportation was a 5 minute walk away !! I enjoyed my stay and hope to visit more Z Hotels in the future !!! Great place for solo travelers !!
