Property Description
Welcome to the "Old Forge of Gleisweiler", built in 1738.
We tried to preserve and emphasize the charm of the old half-timbered house, also as part of our extensive renovation work (in autumn / winter 2017).
A newly renovated holiday home is rented in the beautiful Gleisweiler "Palatinate Nice" in the southwestern Palatinate.
The place with the most hours of sunshine in Germany.
82 sqm (ground floor 33 sqm + first floor 49 sqm) of living space are rented plus a 33 sqm terrace.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor.
A large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200)
and a small bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200).
On the first floor you will find a spacious, newly furnished living room with access to the terrace. The terrace offers a fantastic view over the Rhine plain and invites you to relax and linger.
On the upper floor there is the completely renewed bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) as well as the fully equipped new kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven with convection, fridge with separate ice compartment, microwave and Tchibo Caffissimo coffee machine).
The cozy beautiful "Palatinate Nice" is definitely worth a visit !!!!

Die FeWo ist meiner Meinung geeignet für 2 Erwachsene plus 2 Kinder, oder 3 Erwachsene, 1 Schlafzimmer im EG Bett 1,40m, ohne zu öffnendes Fenster, 1 Schlafzimmer im EG, Bett 160 cm, Wohn-Eßraum sehr schön im OG, ebenso die gut ausgestattete Küche und das sehr kleine Duschbad. Große Dachterrasse mit super Aussicht. Treppe sehr steil, nicht für Gehbehinderte geeignet. Insgesamt eine schöne FeWo.

Zum Wohlfühlen
Wie die Besitzer es selber schon beschreiben, ist das Haus wohlgelegen, mit wunderschöner Dachterrasse und Blick über die Rheinebene, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet (bis auf leider fehlende Sitz- bzw. Liegenauflagen).
Aber: Ein fehlender Parkplatz - ganz schlecht bei der allgemeinen Parksituation in Gleisweiler. Der Ort gestaltet sich in diesem Punkt als ausgesprochen touristenunfreundlich - wofür die Besitzer nun allerdings nichts können.
