What a disappointment. In what universe would a person staying at a hotel like this not want his or her room made up each day? After being gone all day, I came back to a room that had not been touched and was told that I must specifically request that it be made up. Otherwise, their policy is to not touch it. I'm shocked and extremely disappointed. Never again...

I loved having the frig, microwave, and coffee maker in-room. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise. Access to the airport shuttle is a plus too. Staff was also friendly.

Nice breakfast and a separate tub and shower is a nice touch. A welcome glass of wine is appreciated.
Filthy carpets in the room plus a dirty toilet which was reported but nothing was done to fix it. They state that they do not do daily housekeeping. The pillows had an odor and were not clean. Not impressed !!

We love this hotel. However after taking the shuttle over to the ******. We called several hours later and they were like sorry our driver called in sick. We had to pay for Uber which kinda ******. The hotel itself is great and most of the staff are very friendly.

We had an excellent staty in this hotel we feel like we are at hone very nice place , its clean and comfortable to stay with. Separate bathtub is excellen and enjjoyed it. Planning to comeback again soon very nice place to stay.
