The receptionist was kind, polite, and lovely! The room was simple and clean. The room was clean, and the area around the hotel was safe, so I'm glad I chose this hotel. There are many malls nearby, so I walked there many times to shop. I liked the mall with its beautiful fountain! Even when I was outside at around 10pm, there were families and young women walking around, so it seemed safe. Cleaning is done every three days. After cleaning, there is a paper with a QR code on it, which you can use to pay a tip. There is a microwave in the room, so I was able to buy frozen food at Target and heat it up! I wish I had brought cutlery and plates from Japan to eat the midnight snack I bought at the supermarket, lol. I recommend Fox's Restaurant, which is next door! I'd love to stay here again when I visit Los Angeles again.
