Very poor service arrived at hotel to be told i dont have a booking and all the rooms were booked!
Left stranded late at night without anywhere to go........

Did not feel this hotel was as portrayed, it was certainly not premier class. The photos of the rooms are cleverly taken using lighting to make them look a lot better than they are. We unfortunately did not view our room before we paid for it as we were tired from travelling & sightseeing, however, were very unhappy when we got to our room - the only good thing was it was clean. They would not give us a refund - we still left.

Basic but comfortable accommodation, very handy and easy access to bus's taking you into the heart of Amiens. I it cheap and affordable and although maned but a small team they are friendly and accommodating, definitely will use and book again

Hôtel propre et literie confortable. Situé dans une zone hotellière calme. Rapport qualité/prix bien.
Petit déjeuner correct mais manquait du lait froid.
Bien pour une halte sur votre trajet.

Small room with a small toilet and shower, a bit like a caravan but comfortable enough. Good location with a massive shopping complex 2 minutes away. Breakfast a bit plain but at the price can’t complain.

Personnel très sympathique et serviable mais nuit horrible à cause de personne non respectueuse qui ont dû faire la fête musique en extérieur, parle fort, .. et rien n’a changé leur comportement malgré l intervention du personnel d astreinte

Très agréablement surpris par le confort et l'espace de la chambre. J'ai fréquenté plusieurs établissements de cette chaîne dans diverses régions, pour moi c'est le meilleur. Calme, cadre agréable et spacieux autour des chambres. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct pour le prix. Accueil chaleureux. Mr Bruno est de bon conseil pour la restauration à proximité et prend plaisir à échanger avec sa clientèle. J'aurais pu venir à l'époque où vous hebergiez mes "confrères", finalement cela aura attendu ma retraite... Merci pour ces échanges.

Hôtel très propre et bien situé, un seul commentaire concernant l'accueil, après demande d'un restaurant à proximité, donner 2 noms dont l'hôtel a un partenariat mais au final document à présenter et oubli de l'agent de nous le donner, résultat ristourne non accordée .... dommage .
