Well located hotel, clean room with all the facilities for a comfortable stay and very nice and polite staff with only one big,unpleasant exception. Ms Magda from reception desk behaved totally rude, unprofessional , she noticed me in a very strong and impolite way when l served myself with an empty glass from the bar although there was after midnight and no service there.Strange such a rude and impolite person serves in a position where you are supposed to be smiling, friendly, polite, respectful and helpful.

We often need a place to stay overnight on our way to Warsaw Airport. Our last stay in Warsaw provided us with the perfect solution: proximity to the airport, quiet rooms, and a good breakfast – simply the perfect solution for families like us passing through. Thumbs up – highly recommended.

Conosco questo hotel da tanti anni e ogni volta che torno trovo un peggioramento
Questa ultima volta sono rimasto due notti e non dopo la prima notte non hanno fatto la pulizia della stanza e neanche rifatto il letto ... pessimo servizio e inoltre il materasso è morbido e cosa peggiore mettono la tela cerata come si mette ai bambini che fanno pipi a letto .... Orribile
