Radisson Resort and Spa Lonavala

Our experience at Radisson Blu Lonavala was exceptional. We visited to explore the property for our MICE Tourism business and had dinner to gauge the dining experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of food quality, decor, beautification, service, taste, and presentation. The live menu added to the impressive dining experience. The service staff, particularly Ms. Achan and Mr. Ayush, were courteous and professional. Our property tour, led by Guest Relationship Manager Anjali and Executive Sheetal, showcased the venue's potential for events. They were knowledgeable and helpful in highlighting the facilities and services offered by Radisson Blu Lonavala. The overall experience was outstanding, with every aspect of our visit meeting our expectations. The hotel's attention to detail, commitment to quality, and exceptional service made a lasting impression. We were impressed by the hotel's capabilities and look forward to potential collaborations in the future. Amazing stay .. we can here for our quarterly meeting so conference room were great to have a focused session as well as in conf service with high tea was on time .. food in lunch and dinner were having varieties and delicious.. also Disha was a great concierge to help us around the property do visit

The cleanliness and ambience is wonderful. The details in small aesthetics makes the experience even more appealing. U cn feel calm n enjoy nature in the location of the resort , carefully selected. We were served well by sayantan Das, govind at the resto. Buffet was very good with a lot of variety to satisfy every craving. Room cleaning was spot on by Ashish Kumar. We enjoyed tge stay n loved the roof top resto with live music... Also the sitar played added value to the atmosphere at all times!

Sky bar is an amazing place to be, Amazing food and service special mentions to Lipu who was kind and courteous and was extremely prompt in service.

The food is really amazing. Yinyuimi is very sweet and attentive. We had a great time. We had pasta and sliders here , which tasted really good.

The food was really good and service is really nice souvik and lipu were really helpful and sweet.totally enjoyed the evening it really made my birthday special.will definitely be visiting again.
