We had one day family picnic from Thamel grand hotel booking for 43 packs .what a mind blowing service ,delicious food ,nature friendly place , amazing staff and very welcoming . Thanks to the Director Tika Karki.🙏. Teamwork was excellent .🌸🌸👍

This is now our 4th time we chose Norling as our home for our Nepal explorations. We LOVE this place. Obviously it is a beautiful place with great, spacious rooms/suites and luish garden and swimming pool. But what sets this place apart for us is the people: the staff is really our family and goes out of their way to make our stay as wonderful as possible. There's of course Sunil Kapali, the operating manager, who is such an aimable guy. Always smiling and up for a talk, showing great interest in the personal life of his guests and really running a great team there. Ichcha Thapa we know already for some years now. She is such a sweat person with her great smile and professional service, all the while giving us the feeling we really are all family. This is also true for Svajin, always smiling, and playfull, with his great sense of humour. And let's not forget Arun Giri, Rup Bhul and all the other guys who take care of serving our meals and preparing delicious drinks. And Tsewang and Harish who run the desk so professional and are always ready to arrange taxi's or other practical things. Let's not forget the cook who really is a chef and an artist in creating the most delicious Nepali thali and other yummies. There are so many more who we'd like to thank and I'm sure we are forgetting to name a few but we love you all! The natural beauty that surrounds the property is breathtaking, and the design of the resort seamlessly blends into its surroundings. The rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The dining options were exquisite, offering a diverse range of culinary experiences. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the staff's genuine hospitality and eagerness to make your stay unforgettable.

The resort should let us know that the vloger are coming today or the vloger need to reserve the whole place to be themselves. Environment was terrible as well the changing room. Very terrible experience. I won’t recommend any one to go there.

My wife (Nepalese) and I (German) had our two-day wedding at the Grand Norling. *The venue* The venue is outstanding, has a beautiful hall and stunning exterior gardens. This was great for the photoshoots, and truly looked like a venue straight from a fairytale during the day, but even more so during the night with all the light decorations. Tables and chairs were beautifully decorated. *Food* On both days, we were had main course and snacks. The food was really really good and all our guests (from all over the world) enjoyed it a lot! *Staff* Manager and staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and supported us enormously along the way of the wedding planning. All of our wishes were accommodated. We highly recommend this place for any kind of celebration!
