Fantastic location, close to everything you need down on the coast. Issues with the booking going through on trip.com and a call had to verify all my information. Staffed hours were minimal (maybe due to Covid) and no milk provided in the fridge, no comp water or toothbrushes. Brilliant facilities, small make do gym and nice balcony/bbq area upstairs. Air con in rooms could have been more effective but rooms were brilliant.

Weather was wet. Television in lounge room didn’t work after the first 2 days. Broken shower handle made getting in and out of the shower a challenge. Loose tiles in entry. Room was spotless and clean. Pool was closed for 2 days.

Good layout of unit and space was excellent …. Linen and towels were immaculate.
Position perfect, however the unit cleanliness was not the best. appliances and carpet need attention before renting. we could not use the toaster due to its state.
Possibly cleaners may need supervision between rents….

Very spacious accommodation in a great location. Loved the heated pool, spa and sauna. Wouldn’t bother paying for a Sea View as it’s a glimpse through the trees so probably just as happy having pool view or hinterland view.

The property was in great location .The apartment was spacious it just needed a good dusting and dishwasher needed a good clean other than that I would highly recommend it .

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and the staff only too happy to help. We booked direct and got a great deal. We were quite happy with the price but when we arrived we noticed that with that great price, at such a central location, also came a bottle of free wine, a $60 dinner voucher at one of the local restaurants and free pool towels. We have booked direct with other hotels in the same area in the past, but we have never received all these added extras. We have now found new regular accommodation for when we travel to the Gold Coast next.

Great size apartment with all the necessary items required for a ten day stay.
The pool and spas were great and it is so close to the beach and the shopping area.
We were able to walk to the ****** in about 10 minutes, the same for pacific fair shopping mall. Would recommend for couples and families.

We loved the location which was great for the Blues on Broadbeach festival. The facilities need a bit of TLC but they fitted our needs perfectly.

We stayed for two weeks in a ground floor unit looking directly onto the road with limited sun exposure. Used the very nice swimming pool once only due to lack of sun. No information pack in room and only found out on the day before leaving that there was recycling available.
