The location is good, the room is very clean, there is a parking lot, and it is easy to pick up and return the keys. I am taking my children on vacation, so I only need to cook and stay for one night. I am overall satisfied.

We arrived after reception hours and had an envelope waiting for us with a room key. When we arrived at the room it had a king bed in one room and a double bed in the 2nd room. Our booking was for a twin bed in the 2nd room as we have teenage children.

Excellent location for tram, shopping, dining and beach.
Facilities good in apartment and great sea view.
Generally clean but en-suite shower still had sand around edges and oven tray not washed.

The layout of the apartment was great …. spacious and comfortable and the view was superb….. first rate accommodation and best location to all the facilities!!!

I don’t know how this property can be rated as a four star. Free eying to get in touch with a property manager was not easy. The operator took the number of our room down incorrectly. Checked in and then also my door would not open and front door would not close. They had no one who could fix it until next morning.
The shower was dirty, no toilet paper or soap.
I would never recommend this place.
It’s surely not as glossy as it looks in the pictures.

We loved our stay here. Beach, tram, supermarket, pacific fair all walking distance. Parking underground was easy and convenient. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and the sunrises from the balcony were breathtaking (definitely recommend an ocean view room!).
I travelled with 4 children (4-13) and they had a blast. It is worth stating that the “kids wading pool” is very small and not heated - don’t think I saw anyone in it at all the entire time we were there. The main pool is heated and a decent size, but due to depth, difficult pool facilities for younger children or kids that can’t swim.
Kids game room consists of pool and a few arcade style games (charges apply).
We would certainly come back here!

Very well located to shops and beach. Unit well looked after. Had a fantastic stay and havw already booked again for next year.
