The building was under repairs and my room was the only room on my floor open.
The builders started at 8.30am, waking me.
The room was dated, not clean. Windows a mess and merky. Window sils uncleaned. Bathroom dated. Kettle discusting.
When I asked the manager why I was not told the building was under maintenance... She got firm with me telling me that it was definitely in my booking confirmation and in the finer details of *******.... I have checked twice, but I can't find any anywhere, even three days later.
I stayed for two nights and only had enough (cheap Brussels) instant coffee for two cups. When I asked for more coffee, I was told that they do not supply more than what is there, she would not budge.
She then went on to say that house keeping is only every 5 days.
Yes the building is on beach, which is why I paid a premium to be there, however for the state of the building, it's cleanliness, and the rudeness of the management, I would take up the other options in the area that were often half the price.
