The accommodation is really nice. Although it is a bit far from the downtown area, the price was good and everyone was friendly. The facilities are clean and there is a kitchen for convenience.

It was a very good location as you could walk to Surfers Paradise Beach and there was a supermarket nearby. The staff were also kind and nice. My daughter didn't like the fact that there were a lot of bugs in the area, and even though it said there was wifi, the connection would disconnect quickly. The kitchen and room were clean and comfortable.

Great location. Very clean and had everything I needed. Lovely balcony. Very relaxing and quiet but close to everything. It had a lovely energy and I could have quote happily stayed longer. Short walk across the bridge to supermarket and restaurants. Loved it.

Internet service was non-existant. Lucky we all had data we could use and had already downloaded podcasts, books etc before our stay.
Unit was in perfect order, pool clean and very well maintained.

The unit had a fully serviced kitchen which was great. The admin office lady Jane was so accommodating and friendly. Nothing was a problem.
Great service and convenient location.

Had a $250 deposit! I’d any thing broke! And everything was ! The kettle I was about to have electric shock while heating the water ! Shower screen broken shower head broken! Dinning table chairs broken! Sofa broken and uncomfortable at all and dirty ! 5 days staying there and no one changed the towel! Also noisey people’s coming in after 2am and noisy ! Sugar and coffee in the pots very very very old ! Very bad place to stay ! Unhealthy place no excess to the sun ☀️ and NO PRIVACY! That’s the big thing ! Not advising any one to stay there . Very bad experience I get sick in there in my holiday because it was very bad place to stay . Just wasting of money.

Lounge needs replacing. Very noisy neighbours!! Little or no noise insulation between rooms...could hear them change their minds!! Very clean & a comfy bed!
