THE LOCATION & AREA ★ The Historic Artist’s Oasis is a simple 2 minute walk to the main street of Golden. ★ Walk 2 blocks to Clear Creek River. Have lunch or go tubing. ★ Golden City Brewery is 2 blocks away ★ The entrance to I-70 that heads to Breckenridge (1 20min), Winter Park (1 10min) and Vail (1 30min) is on 5 min away. HOW CLOSE IS EVERYTHING ★ Denver Airport (DIA) is 45min away ★ Are you heading to the mountains to ski or snowboard?
