No gym?
The hotel is fine but the description clearly said there was a gym (with pictures) but instead they don’t. Quite disappointed as I booked there mainly for that reason.

Der weg in die stadt war zwar etwas lang, dafür hat uns die altstadt mit all den schönen fassaden entschädigt. es herrschte ein angenehmes flair.

A super hotel with an excellent price-performance ratio. The best thing is the food with a great breakfast with Thuringian sausage specialties, salmon, Vienna sausages, bratwurst, scrambled eggs, fried eggs and boiled eggs. Extensive lunch which we couldn't eat because of the extensive breakfast. In the evening there are always two types of meat and fish, also lots of salad and cold cuts with bread, lots of dessert. Special requests are always fulfilled.

Das Hotel wurde von innen Renoviert und macht einen schönen Eindruck. Von außen ist es nicht sehr ansehnlich ist eher ein Autobahnhotel. Der Spa Bereich ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll durch designt hoher wohlfühl Charakter. Was nicht schön ist, dass der Ü16 Bereich als Hotelgast erst ab 10:00 Uhr nutzbar ist. Da sollte das Konzept überarbeitet werden und sich Ideen bei anderen renomierten Wellnesshotels einholen. Gerade im Sommer sollte nicht so streng mit dem Hotelgast umgegangen werden am Poolbereich. Wenn man die Sonne im Sommer schon um 9.00 genießen möchte sollte das auch möglich sein. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr gut Schallisoliert die angrenzenden Autobahn ist im Zimmer nicht zu hören. Im Außenbereich sehr laut war zunehmen und mit Fenster offen schlafen ist nicht möglich. Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr viel Luft nach oben für ein Wellnesshotel. Ein Wasserkocher mit Teesortiement, Gläser und eine Flasche Wasser wären ein Anfang. Sauberkeit im Hotel ist gut das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt die Regel keine Badekleidung im Restaurant zu tragen, dass sollte vom Personal mehr berücksichtigt werden und die Gäste darauf hinweisen und nicht es ignorieren dadurch entsteht schnell ein Kantinen Flair Zu den Mahlzeiten: Frühstück sehr vielfältig Mittag: überschaubar aber jeder sollte was finden Kaffe/ Kuchen: minimalistisch aber ok Abendessen: Salate, warme Speisen und Nachtisch Fazit: Wer für einen schmalen Taler 1-2 Tage abschalten möchte ist es Ok aber wer Wellnesshotels mit Anspruch kennt und möchte sollte es lassen. Dafür muss noch einiges getan werden.
