This property was tidy and the bedroom and bathroom were clean and quiet.
However, the kitchen was dirty and some of the items (including the fridge) had not been cleaned.
The pool was only open at inconvenient (for us) times, which was a shame as it looked attractive.

Pleasant stay, just slightly surprised when the staff left shortly after checking us in. Nice breakfast delivered outside our room in the morning. Unfortunately, our busy schedule left no time to try the pool or treatments.

A beautiful hotel hidden on the outskirts of Lille. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the venue is lovely. Very clean and quiet. The room was large, clean and warm and well equipped with amenities. The spa was beautiful and the pool was very relaxing. Breakfast each morning was also a great highlight! Highly recommend.

Offrant un séjour à ma femme pour son noël, l’espace zen’ing est comme son nom « ZEN » nous avons passer un agréable moment. Nous avons testé 1h30 de spa, hammam, avec champagne et planche qui était délicieuse. Le déjeuner était top rien à dire, le service génial 👌🏻 Petit plus nous retrouvons 2 petites chattes très mignonnes qui vous accueil avec le personnel, en parlant de personnel, rien à dire, accueillant, souriant et agréable. Fortement recommandé.

Accueil génial, endroit super, piscine et spa testés et approuvés ! Le personnel est très accueillant, le déjeuner en chambre est top (petits pains, croissants, baguette, beurre, confiture, Nutella, thé/cafe/chocolat, jus d’orange). Tout est fait pour passer un moment de détente et de plaisir :) Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit !

Spa en plein milieu d’une zone industrielle, acceuil basique … Les massages ne sont pas terribles, les masseuses ne tiennent pas compte de nos souhaits et sont plus interessees par leur portable. Technique de massage qui ne detend pas du tout ! Je ne recommande pas

Juste une envie de fuir à l’arrivée tellement on ne s’attend pas à cette localisation. c’est dommage car la chambre et la sdb sont spacieuses. petit déjeuner copieux servi en chambre pas de salle spécifique. Pas d’accès au sauna, sur réservation et payant. Le personnel est souriant et comprend notre attitude à l’arrivée, notre cas ne semble pas isolé, paiement avant l’arrivée donc aucun remboursement possible, on comprend pourquoi 🥹

Le cadre est sympathique j’ai séjourné 3 nuits aucun service de chambre serviette pitoyable et non présentable ni même remplacée, accueil du responsable non commerçant du tout le plus important n’est pas le bien être de la personne mais son argent
Dommage de délaisser le service et l’accueil il ferait mieux de gérer un camping
