There was only one pillow witch was dirty and appalling when ask to change it or have a different one just got told there wasn't any. No toilet paper in the toilet or no plug in the bath so couldn't use it. No cups or even teabags in the room when ask for any off these was once again told there wasn't any. The over cleaness off the room as pretty ruff. Was tryed to be rushed out the room at 10am. Having stayed in a lot off them this bar far was the worst and definitely won't be staying there again.

Location is good only if you are heading southbound on the M3. Otherwise, you have to go all the way up to the next exit and then come back down south again.
Room was very clean apart from an old apple core that had been left in the bedside cabinet! The Hotel is very dated and public areas were quite worn and a little grubby. The room was very cold when I got there. Although there was a heater, it took awhile to warm up. If the room was booked, they should’ve put the heater on before as it was a very chilly day. No breakfast tea in the tea and coffee facilities in the room, but to be fair, the manager did give me two of his own teabags which was very kind of him. I would not stay here again.

The manager was mannerless and place was filthy. Instantly left this place. Didn’t get any refund but I wasn’t gonna stay in trash.

The room not tidy, shampoo bottle was empty. Bed duvet cover has lots of hair and some stain.

Pretty basic no frills hotel but quiet and clean with a good comfortable bed and well equipped shower room. Rooms are a good size. Easy to find. Good parking. Polite and helpful staff.
