Excellent stay. Staff from reception to room service really helpful and cooperative. Suite room was really luxurious. As we stayed during Diwali we enjoyed the ambience and hospitality fully. Dinner and breakfast really delicious and had ample variety.

Nirvana Sarovar Portico is one of the finest hotels in Gorakhpur where luxury meets necessity at affordable rates. Located in the heart of the city at Vijay Chowk, the hotel is in the AD Mall, which also houses outlets of Spencers and Max and a movie theatre as well! The hotel not only looks very impressive (both from outside and inside) but also impresses through its amenities, services and hospitality. All staff members, be it Mr. Balwant Dhami (Front Office Manager), or Mr. Rajneesh and Mr. Anup from the front office managing team, or the receptionists (Pooja and 1 more lady), Grism from the support staff, or Sadhna and Rahman at the hotel's in-house restaurant Dine 551, everyone took good care of us and ensured we had a pleasant stay. We had booked 2 AC Deluxe rooms, but due to some issue 1 room was not available, so the hotel upgraded that to AC Suite at no additional cost. In addition, they provided us with a free lunch post check-out as a little token of apology for the time we had to wait for the room change. It was a sweet gesture, especially by Mr. Dhami and Mr. Rajneesh, and we thanked them for the same. The rooms are equipped with all modern amenities and provide panoramic city views. For food, Dine 551 is a great place to eat food and its service, ambience, hospitality, look, and food quality is at par with any 5-star restaurant in the country. A special mention for Rahman from the restaurant team who took great care of us, every time we went to eat there. The hotel also arranged for a car facility for sightseeing and airport drop. Overall we had a great time at this hotel and would opt to stay here again when we visit Gorakhpur.

Excellent stay room is good net &clean city view, engineering is very good and helpful specially thanks engineering team Also front office team Mr.Anup singh is very helpful ,best hotel in Gorakhpur this is pleasent,I loved the visit and enjoy it.

Good Staff with excellent food Service really mutton Seek kebab ,and mutton gorakhpuri Hanji was So tasty thanks to mr amit and biplab ji for such a Good Hospitality I al ways prefer to visit Here and also reccomend to visit Here once Try the food and service ......
