The front desk staff were very welcoming. It was raining heavily the day I arrived, and they mentioned that in winter, hot air balloons only fly about 3-4 days a month. Luckily, I stayed two days and managed to catch one. The winter scenery was also beautiful. They even upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent, and the observation deck is great too. I wouldn't highly recommend the most famous Sedef Pottery Kebab; personally, I didn't find it very tasty. If you've had enough Turkish food, you could try PEKING CHINESE, though it's not particularly good either, haha.

It's cozy place, I felt the peace and slept very well with super warm reception. Walking distance to bus station,shops, restaurant,A101 super market and especially close to sun raise balloon veiw point. Amazing experience this morning, and a great Yoga stretch. 虽然我没有使用早餐，我看到品种很丰富，我住的楼顶的房间很安静，设施虽然旧，但我不在意，酒店本身非常有特色，热气球观光点其实就在酒店后侧山顶上，步行10分钟内到。对了，我坐大巴到达的，车站慢悠步行到酒店也就10多分钟，没有台阶

Very good hotel, clean ,warm and tidy room, good bathroom with a lot of amenities. But the only thing we didnot understand is the lack of any table or chair in the room. We were keeping our bags on the floor 😅 but apart from it I can recommend this place

I only stayed for two nights, but it was so wonderful that I can't express how satisfied I was. I also arranged a tour with this hotel.
