The room was nice and clean. However the receptionist was not honest with the charges upfront. Note to others if they offer to cook dinner, they will charge a steep price. The terrace in which we were told to eat at also does not have adequate lighting. It was a mistake to have dinner here. Whilst we have our hot air balloon booking deposit with him, he has taken some of it for the dinner charges. The breakfast was also subpar. He made 1 plate of eggs for 5 adults and have the gall to charge extra when we asked for another plate. I would recommend staying here but you should always double check if anything you ask for or offered by the receptionist costs extra, as he will not be upfront about it. Overall terrible experience for us.

The staff member woke us up early for breakfast by knocking on our door, but then proceeded not to make the breakfast. When we presented at the breakfast restaurant, the staff member hid in order to avoid the work of supplying the food. We paid for breakfast on one morning, but it was not provided. There were dog poo stains on the floor of the kitchen. The staff member sat in the kitchen area smoking. On the one occasion that breakfast was provided, the food was terrible. We couldn't eat it. The staff member put a foot fan on the table which blew dirty air all over the food. The staff member did not bother to make the bed properly. I ended up sleeping on a filthy old mattress. There was no mattress protector put on the mattress. I am sure that the sheets and doonas were not cleaned from the previous guests. I felt dirty being in the room. The room was tiny and cramped. We could not even open up our suitcases in this room because the room was so small. There was no one staying in the resort. When we asked for a room upgrade, they wanted to charge us double the original room rate. The hotel looks like it has not been given any attention or maintenance for a long time. The view from the top deck is good but it does not make up for the paltry living conditions within the rooms. We booked ahead advising that we had a baby, but no cot was provided. The staff member said that they did not have a cot. Our baby had to sleep in its pram overnight. However, when we spoke to the manager the next day, we were informed that they did have a cot. The staff member just could not be bothered getting it. We thought this was disgraceful. When we got a cot we were given unclean blankets as a cushion for it. The cot itself was defective. There was no fridge in the room. The kettle in the room was broken. There was zero effort put into the decorating and furniture in the room. The jacuzzi on the top deck is fake. It was never full of water and was unusuable. The stair railings were broken and you could potentially fall and seriously hurt yourself. The sink tap squirted water everywhere and was broken. They do not even provide complimentary bottles of water in the room. A nice greeting was not provided by the staff member, who also did not volunteer to help us with our bags. Their dog kept trying to come in our room. Their dog pooped outside the room and the staff member did not pick it up. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The friendly owner and the location close to the bus terminal were perfect. There is an additional charge for breakfast, but if you ask for the menemen to be made spicy, you can enjoy menemen that suits Korean tastes.

The hotel stay was ok and so was the breakfast. The hotel helped us book a car to the airport. They said they had cooperation with each other, but the price was twice as expensive. The hotel said it was 300 lire for two people. When we got off at the airport, the driver charged 300 lire per person, a total of 600 lire. A bit dark.

It was a unique experience staying in a cave hotel. The place and its surroundings are beautiful. Walkable distance to good restaurants and shopping areas. The hosts Esma and her husband are very warm and hospitable. They serve a delicious set breakfast but if you need more they are eager to serve you. Don’t miss the freshly prepared Gozleme. You can also pluck grapes in the open air dinning area just above your dining table. There is open parking in front of the hotel. They can arrange City tours and Hotair balloon tours if you tell them in advance as sometimes the tours can get full depending on season if you try booking the earlier day

A very good accommodation experience. The room was very clean and the boss was very enthusiastic. The most important thing is that the breakfast exceeded expectations. It was a great experience. I will recommend friends to come here. Their dog is very cute. I am very satisfied and very satisfied. grateful

Take the pre-booked shuttle bus from Kayseri Airport and it will take you to the hotel in about an hour and a half. The hotel is still very interesting. Some rooms are semi-cave. The one I stayed in was converted into a semi-cave. It is very close to Goreme Central Commercial Street, sunset and bus station. The sunset walk is estimated to take 10 minutes, and the others can be reached in five minutes. The hotel owner is very enthusiastic and greets everyone when he comes in and out. The breakfast presentation is very impressive. The room has two small windows with a width of 80 cm. The area is small and feels like a cave. It was also very quiet at night. It's still very interesting, mainly because the boss is very enthusiastic. I stayed for 2 nights. After breakfast on the third day, I brought a cup of coffee and Turkish tea to the door of the room to drink and kill time. When the boss saw it, he immediately brought a set of tables and chairs. Breakfast is served in the underground restaurant on the first floor. It has a great atmosphere. There are several tables where you can meet people from all over the world. They will simply say hello to each other and have brief exchanges. It feels very warm. The boss also has a cat. Their little owner will play with the cat in front of the guests, which is very interesting. This is the most cozy hotel I have ever stayed in in Türkiye. When I left, the owner helped me carry my luggage down and asked me how I felt. He also asked me if I could write him a good review. In fact, I would have written this review without asking. The main reason is that the owner of this hotel is enthusiastic and the accommodation environment is not the focus here.

It needs a lot of maintenance and improvements in the facilities: broken furniture, exposed electricity cables, cat poops on the terrace, poorly installed handrails with possible risk of accidents, water leaks from the shower, few electrical connections, there is no TV in some of the rooms.

The worse experience of my entire life. There were no lights and was raining, to get to the room we had to go thru the stairways with no light, as a result, I failed and hurt my foot. The room was extremely dirty and mildew smell. We left the next day. The receptionist did not even used a lantern. If you do not want to ruin your trip, do not stay there.

The best experience you can have in a cave hotel. The staff is amaizing and breadfast just compare with a 7 star hotel, Locationis spectacular. La mejor experiencia que puedes tener en un hotel cueva por un precio muy economico, los empleados son muy amigables y los desayunos pareces de hoteles 7 estrellas. La localizacion es perfecta justo en el centro de todo

Our first impression of our room was Wow... set inside a cave, which made it cool inside... The lad running the place was a very pleasant, well mannered and would do anything to please. Breakfast was a beautiful Turkish breakfast, which was plentiful. The views from the roof top terrace were out of this world.. The hotel itself is close to bars, shops and restaurants in Goreme.
