Nice hotel and same than my expectations

Close to most attractions and dining ,also shopping. The hotel is wonderful with a rooftop view around the town. Staff are nice and surroundings is quiet and safe. You might find parking challenging but down the town square which is a walking distance there is ample soace to park.

One of the best hotel around Cappadocia. Clean, nice and quiet environment with awesome rooftop views. Close to a lot of amenities and attractions . Nice staff and facilities. Walking distance to the best hot air balloon viewpoint.

The owner, omer, was super friendly and very accommodating. He helped our group book activities and made sure we had the best time in cappadocia. The hotel was very clean and the beds were super comfy. It was very close to the Main Street so it was easy to explore the city. The rooftop was also a perfect view of the sunrise & hot air balloons. If you have the opportunity to visit the beautiful city of Cappadocia, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It’ll make your stay even better!

Amazing stay in this overlooked gem within an expensive very touristy destination. First off, it’s up the curve so there is a little bit of a walk up but that is actually a good thing because the hotel towers the other hotels and has an excellent view to the city itself. Also, it is a short 10 min walk to the sunrise point which is all that matters really! It is also quiet because it is a bit higher but still within the actual city center. There is NO parking right outside the hotel but there are plenty of public parking down the hill. You cannot have everything. Place is super easy to find. Google maps is pretty accurate. If you can’t find it on gps, then it is likely your own inadequacy. Please do not blame the hotel because they really try their very best. The staff is energetic and super helpful. Special thanks to Arif and Melid for being extra helpful and patient with all my questions, requests etc. I got the small room for solo traveler with private bathroom. I think it is more than enough for my purposes here in Goreme. For the price I paid, I think it is criminally worth it. Breakfast was alright, staff were excellent, friendly and attentive and the location and setting is just excellent, unbeatable. Don’t pass this place up. You are literally getting a steal here. That’s how much I like and appreciate this place.

We booked and stayed for three nights. The room was nice enough and clean, with a wet room and western toilet. Breakfast was good, and served on time. The terrace was lovely and the views were beautiful. We had booked this hotel specifically because the description said they had laundry services and free self-parking on-site. However, there was no laundry on site and washing was sent elsewhere at an inflated price. That was disappointing and inconvenient as we were on the last part of our trip and needed clean clothes. The hotel itself was only accessible on foot and the parking was a public space nearby. When we arrived, another guest had experienced the same frustration as us, trying to find the hotel and the parking. When she expressed her difficulties the person at reception gave a very rude and unhelpful response. He then told her there was a public parking area nearby, (which was full), and she should park in front of the other cars and leave her number in the window so if she blocks anyone in and they need to get out, they can contact her. I don’t see how this useful if you’re on a horse trek or balloon somewhere far away. His attitude also made me want to cancel our stay and find another hotel but it was non-refundable. People come on holiday to relax and regenerate from the stresses of our lives, and this behaviour can ruin our experience. All the rest of the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. There were plenty of restaurants and tour operators nearby.
