Отличная постель. Очень вкусная еда. Из минусов: после отъезда из отеля звонок с требованием оплатить комплимент в виде одноразового патча для глаз 750 р. и за пол-чайной ложки сухой лаванды, которая лежала на кровати - 1000 р., что на самом деле является расходным материалом. Просто вымогательство!

Отель очень и очень уютный , комфортный и гостеприимный . Огромные , красивые номера с безупречной мебелью , бельем и сантехникой . Завтраки - просто обалденные ! Все отлично … кроме работы ресепшена … Я все понимаю , надо учить молодых , но кто то же должен контролировать их работу . Две смены и обе - просто катастрофа , медленные , не компетентные , не ориентированы на клиента … Не уверен , что вернемся еще раз

Много путешествую, часто бываю в Ростове. Этот отель мне порекомендовали знакомые, и знаете, я рад этому выбору. В восторге! Вернусь вновь. Все замечательно начиная со входа... вкусный запах на ресепшн, приятные, улыбчивые девушки, комплимент ( местное вино и орешки... мелочь, а приятно) ЧИСТЫЕ номера, а какие кровати... прям королевские: пуховые подушки и одеяла. Сервис на высоте, обслуживание - супер! Вкусный, качественный ресторан. Ребята, вернусь к вам обязательно. Вы молодцы! Так держать.

Красивые номера, очень удобные кровати! Везде приятно пахнет, завтраки просто невероятные!!! Отличное расположение в самом центре, все в шаговой доступности. Буду всегда останавливаться именно в этом отеле. Шикарные массажи, большой фитнес зал. Чувствовали себя как дома, на долгий срок проживания особенно советую останавливаться!

Останавливались в отеле на несколько суток. Отель невероятно красивый и волшебный! Персоналу отдельная благодарность за приветливость и чуткость. Очень порадовали комплиментом! Тренажёрный зал очень чистый, просторный с качественным оборудованием. Номер был просторный и в красивом классическом стиле- будто во дворце жили. В целом отель небольшой и очень уютный. Расположен в центре- все в пешей доступности. Будем ещё приезжать, когда будем в погоде! Всем советуем!)

Горячо рекомендую этот отель для любой остановки в Ростове, короткой, длинной, неважно. Отличное соотношение цены и качества, наличие подземной парковки, вкусные завтраки, широченные удобные кровати с классным бельем, просторные ванные комнаты, а главное - дружелюбный отзывчивый персонал сделают ваше пребывание исключительно приятным.
