Since I stayed only for a night, I didn't have time to discover all about the hotel. However, everything that I experienced were good. Reception staff, although not speaking very good english, they were polite and rather helpful. The area of saloon was spacious and the coffee bar excellent, with very tasty and fresh sweets. Rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast, was inside the expected. I was not happily surprised by the choices I had, but it was plenty and good.

Окно не закрывалось, вентиляция работала со звуком реактивного двигателя, стойкий запах канализации. Персонал на замечания не реагировал. Заселяли долго, не смотря на коллективное бронирование и явное отсутствие других постояльцев.

Встретились семьей в отеле между перелетами, но к сожалению один рейс был отменен и, в аэропорт муж поехал один, оставив супругу с утра на пару часов на завтрак до запоздавшего трасфера,и в качестве гостя. Администрация отеля ворвалась в номер, в шесть утра, ходили по помещению не смотря на раздетый вид супруги и пошли на принцип , хотя произошла ошибка и простое недопонимание при оплате бара, и супруг находился вне online во время перелета, для звонка- подтверждения. Отель не рекомендую по причине оскорбительных действий под предллогом.

Обслуживающий персонал просто УЖАСНЫЙ. Владислав грубый и не хочет или не может общаться с гостями. Отвечает на «Отвали» второй не знает ничего. Плюсы только в номере, чисто и комфортно. Светлые номера.

Отель скатывается все дальше и дальше. Ни одного положительного отзыва за последнее время. Персонал работает некачественный, отчётные документы с ошибками. Охранник петушиного вида так вообще даже делал попытки руки распускать и обязываться. Избегайте данной гостиницы.

Низкая клиентоориентированность. Жуткий шум от не исправной вентиляции. Запах канализации в некоторых номерах и не исправная бытовая техника. При этом полное отсутсвие у персонала желания решать проблемы. Не помогло даже то, что номера бронировались в большом количестве для расселения участников корп совещания. Отказалась от заселения.

отель хорош: номера тихие (особенно с видом на стадион), интерьер достойный; находится почти в центре города до моста влюбленных 32 метра, до набережной 42 метра...говорят есть автостоянка, но гимзал далековато.. кухня была своеобразная и както не очень соответствовала отелю... девушки и вьюноши на ресепшене приветливы, расторопны.. коллеги сказали что кондитерка на высоте...несмотря на некоторые недочеты, останавливаемся там уже коотрый раз...удачи персоналу и хозяевам! спасибо за прием!

Отдыхали с мужем 9-10апреля, брали «уютные выходные», номер бизнес. Номер красивый, просторный,чистый. Хотелось отдохнуть, погулять, выспаться, сходить утром в бассейн, вообщем расслабиться) Выспаться не удалось, так как всю ночь байкеры под окном, стеклопакеты очень тонкие ( и очень грязные 😔) шумоизоляция с улицей никакая Оказалось, что бассейн не работает, а так хотелось поплавать. Почему никто не предупредил заранее? Услуга же включена в стоимость. Ужин тоже включён, но по 1000 р на человека, об этом мы тоже узнали позже) Персонал не смог рассказать об услугах в отеле, сказали сделают распечатку 🙈 но ее мы тоже не получили) Город прекрасный, но остался неприятный осадок от отеля.
