We have stayed at this spectacular hotel almost every year since 2006, our first choice when traveling in Germany. The rooms are fantastic with an outstanding atmosphere, spacious, comfortable and very nice decorated. The view over the city square with historical buildings is unique - just splendid. If you come by car there is a very good, and safe, private parking close to the hotel. The breakfast buffé is very generous with something for everyones taste - love it! On top of all the staff is very nice, professional and give you first class service. This time a special thanks to the receptionist called Dandy, super service minded. We highly recommend Hotel Kasierworth, will be back soon!

We booked 2 rooms for a weekend. Both rooms were under the sloping roof. It was almost impossible to stand upright. The bathroom was also very small. There was hardly any hot water in the shower. The furniture was very old and worn. The carpet was very dirty. Some of the light bulbs were broken. There were no reading lamps at all. A breakfast for 16.90 euros that was prepared with absolutely no love. The list could go on and on. How does a hotel like this get 4 stars from the DEHOGA? UNBELIEVABLE Our weekend was really ruined.

Duschen war nicht möglich. Das Wasser tröpfelte nur aus der Duschbrause. Andere Gäste machten die gleichen Erfahrungen. Beschwerden nicht möglich, da die Rezeption nur zum Einchecken besetzt ist. Kundenservice gleich Null.
