It has been restored to retain its original elegance while enjoying modern luxuries and conveniences. This spacious home features contemporary and custom-built furnishings, hardwood floors, and high ceilings throughout.Belmont's façade is dominated by its grand two-story veranda looking out across the harbour.The spaceThe upstairs level at Belmont House features two large bedrooms, each with ocean views and direct access to the veranda, and two large en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other has two twins which can easily convert to a second king on request.Relax with a cocktail or glass of wine on the grand veranda and enjoy a spectacular, 50 mile, 180-degree ocean, and sunset view.On the ground floor, Belmont features a large living room and a spacious dining room with seating for eight. The modern, airy, peninsula kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and Bosch oven.There is a full bathroom, with a washer and dryer included, also located on this level. Welcome to Flora House! This attractive cottage-style house was built in 1903 when Governor’s Harbour was an important pineapple growing area, exporting to Europe and the United States.
