It's spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Parking is convenient. The bathroom is also excellent. The overall room layout and details like the styler are fantastic. The only downside is the lack of bathroom privacy. If they can maintain cleanliness, this place is better than any other hotel in Seoul.

We loved our stay at the Urban-Est Hotel. Heading to the Waterbomb Festival for the weekend, the hotel’s convenient location, just 20 minutes away by taxi, was perfect for our plans. The surrounding area was nicer than we expected, with plenty of cool restaurants and little shops to explore. The 7-11 on the main floor connected to the hotel was an added convenience. The lobby was very nice, and everything was exceptionally clean and spacious, even the hallways. We stayed in a family suite, which was immaculate and well-appointed. The shower was spacious and luxurious, and the toilet had a bidet, adding to the comfort. While I prefer a softer bed and found the bed a bit firm, it didn’t detract much from our overall experience. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book the Urban-Est Hotel again.

hotel is near metro station, just 5 mins walk, going to city centre is quite convenient actually room is big and clean, quite comfortable~

It was on the 7th floor of a shopping mall, so I wondered if this was the right place, but the facilities were clean and spacious. I was tired after going to a concert, so it was even better because it was near the station. There are many places to eat and convenience stores nearby, so it was convenient. There were also two computers, so it would be good for couples or friends to come. I intend to use it next time!!

The room is a little bit small though, the workers are so nice and warm and polite. There are so many facilities we can use in the room hair iron machine, refrigerator, and air cleaner, and also there are many daily care so thoughtful. A charming, cozy little old hotel run by the loveliest couple. They still write the guest list by hand—how beautiful is that? In November, they even provided a bed warmer, which was perfect for someone like me who’s always cold. The hotel profile card does not indicate that the hotel is on the 8th floor. Search around went and there was no instruction letter. The staff was friendly to the room.
