Queen's Park Goynuk Hotel - All Inclusive

On arrival we encountered numerous concerns about the room, including dirty floors and musty smell, which was swiftly changed upon complaint. This was to the same type of room but better quality. Onthebeach.com was vague with its representation of the room which led to inflated expectations. After a few days, most small issues were resolved by the guest relations team reps Karina and Vera. Both are very efficient in their handling of concerns. Housekeeping were amazing; very supportive and understanding. Deserves the highest of marks thanks to not only cleaning but also prettying up the room with floral and extravagant decorations. The hotel exterior and garden areas are well-kept and tended to by the gardeners. Beach and water was clean, tidy and safe however there is a lack of cooperation on the clientele’s part on maintaining that. Flies and mosquitoes appear to be rather pervasive across all sunbathing areas as well as the restaurants causing consistent annoyance. Due to how staff transport visitors to their rooms, carts are often disruptive of foot traffic especially on the overpass bridge. Some drivers are often reckless and will fail to notify pedestrians that are in front of them. Some carts don’t seem to have horns to alert pedestrians either. Some activities such as the Zumba with Miss Merve , Kangoo jumps with Mr Koray and morning gymnastics with Irina were engaging and fun however others were less inspired and bland. Entertainment was often enjoyable with multiple different dance nights for all manner of cultures (Turkish, Mongolian and Latin American) for the first time however the schedule does not seem to alter much week by week. Restaurant food was average, nothing to speak highly of besides some dishes becoming repetitive. Overall holiday was enjoyable and relaxing albeit with some rocky bumps. Many thanks again to Karina, Vera, the Housekeeping team and the spa team (Güngör Bey and Isfan Bayke) for plenty of pleasant experiences. Love Turkey, wonderful clear sea, majestic mountains, plenty of wooded areas and hospitable people! 😃❤️🙏🏽

to who read this hi I recommend this hotel to everyone who wanna relaxation time, beach hotel, nice staff, and family hotel We had a wonderful time at queens park and unforgettable honeymoon they prepared us designed room and each day they surprised us with wine or desert or fruits in our room the entertainment was good specially show time The breakfast and dinner and beachside food were good but the lunch was not as good as others meal and some days they maked same food the only negative point on this hotel was wifi that if you want tu use it in ur room u haveto charge extra and i also recommend photography in hotel that man from georgia phographed professionally At all i can say everything was fine and i recommend to everyone

We had a really good time in the hotel: a lot of activities, tasty food, nice rooms and friendly staff. Also, hotel has its own beach area and on the other side mountain view. We especially wanted to say THANK YOU to the animators and entertainment team! *Every evening there were events (competition, fire, acrobatic shows) *During the day there were various games all the time. *Also they offer drive to the Kemer night clubs, transportation is provided before and after. Best recomendations!

Don't bother to visit this hotel if you are not Russian or you can't speak Russian. You won't be able to communicate in English anywhere in this hotel, even reception staff doesn't speak good English. We went there as a group of 16, and we were discriminated and felt unwelcomed many times. All shows were in Russian too. We've made a complaint to the entertainment person and then he started to speak some English, but not much. The disco music was also mainly in Russian language, and if we wanted a music in different language they were only happy to play it if we paid them. The hotel itself doesn't deserve to have 5 *. Our rooms were in the bungalow area. They were dirty and smelled of dump. Food very repetitive and flavourless. Positive - gardens are very nice and well kept.

If you only speak English and don't speak Russian or Turkish, don't bother going here. Most of the staff are unable to speak much English, they speak broken English, and don't understand it very well. Most of the guests are also non English speaking too. Most or all of the entertainment is in Russian or maybe Turkish ? The 'free' wifi is only accessible on the ground floor, and even then, it doesn't matter where you go, it is so slow, it's not worth doing much with it. Forget watching videos on their wifi ! We were told by someone who purchased the 'premium' wifi, that it too was not very good, and the wifi kept disconnecting. There is also no wifi in the bedrooms, you have to pay for that. For a 5 star hotel, you would expect free wifi everywhere, and at a decent speed. They are advertised as a 5 star hotel, however they don't tell you that the Club House rooms where a lot of people end up, are more like a 2 or 3 star rooms. Only the rooms in the main hotel complex would be classed as 4 to 5 star. The Clubhouse rooms are located on the other side of the road, accessible by a bridge. So if you're unable to walk much, then don't bother booking here. Most of the activities and the beach is located at the main hotel complex. We booked using 'On the Beach', who I personally would never book again with. They don't show any photos of the Clubhouse rooms, only those in the main hotel complex which are a lot better. When we arrived at the hotel at the Clubhouse rooms, we, six of us, were absolutely disgusted and upset as soon as we entered the rooms. We made a complaint to the Reception Desk manage the next morning, who arranged a stay for all of us in the main hotel complex rooms, however we had to pay an extra 10 Euros per room per night. This also happened to a young couple with a baby who arrived a few days after us too, they were also very upset. The day we checked in, a Saturday morning around 12 - 1am, the reception staff member didn't check us in properly. He was so rude when we said that three of the people on who he tied the wristbands on were tied too tight, and slammed the basket of wristbands and scissors on the counter, and went off in his office, leaving us to tie them ourselves ! He didn't give us any wristbands in the first place when we first checked in, didn't tell us what the three 'credit card' looking cards were for (one of us were locked out of our room as we thought we had more than one room key, but we didn't !), and he didn't tell us anything about breakfast arrangements until we had to ask. The 'Guest Relation' person who we were advised to lodge our complaint to, doesn't speak a word of English, so we were batted around between the reception desk and the Guest Relation person. I personally would never book with On The Beach again, not just for the above reasons, but also because when we first booked online, we didn't get any confirmation. I then proceeded to contact them via phone, and was something like 64th in the q

This hotel is good if you speak Russian. Majority of the staff are unable to speak basic English. What 5 start resort does not employ english speaking staff? The hotel has free WIFI that only works in the lobby or poolside, and is very very slow. You will be lucky if a webpage loads up. However you have to BUY the premium WIFI to have it in your rooms!!! One of the family members was injured and had a large burn on his back, we went to the nurse that spoke NOTHING but Turkish. She sent us to the reception, from there we were told we had to go to the scammy corner shop located in the lobby area (owner of the shop tries scamming you on every purchase) and BUY OUR OWN PLASTERS AND SPRAY!!! Thats unacceptable! In the evening there are animation programmes for kids, done in Russian! Not English which is the universal language used everywhere, but RUssian, meaning majority of kids could not join in. We were looking forward to this holiday however all these issues did not make it a pleasant experience. Only plus sides were the hotel grounds are nicely kept and the hotel has a decent dance lobby.

We booked this hotel through On the beach site. We arrived at hotel around midnight, we quickly had something to eat as the restaurant was closing at 1am. We went to reception checked ourselves in, the guy could not understand a word of English, he gave us the the door key and a one towel card instead of 2. He told us to wait for a buggy to take us to our room because it was on the other side of the hotel. When we got to our rooms it was nothing like what we booked, we went straight to reception to complain because we booked a 5 star not a 2 star. The rooms were smelling of damp (club room), small and looked run down, nothing like what they show you on the website. We wanted to see a manager and the reception guy was not helpful at all, so we decided to come down later in the morning. We spoke to manager after waiting for sometime. We told him that the rooms were nothing like the one on the website and that we wanted to move to better room eventually found 3 rooms for us in the main hotel which were as shown in website, but we had to pay extra 10 euro for each day. We weren’t happy with this but we paid.we told him about the receptionist and how he didn’t explain anything to us. On the beach website does not show the club house rooms, they only show main hotel rooms, very misleading information. There was no one in reception, restaurants or bar who could speak English.

We were very pleased about the hotel and the service as well. The location is excellent, the hotel staff are kind and friendly. The managers are professional. The foods and drinks are delicious and available continiously. It was one our best choice to come and spend our holiday in this hotel.

I have spent 5 days in this hotel and I can't complain much the vacation was amazing the hotel pools and beach were very clean staff are really good, I would like to give my special thanks to the reception girl called Senem she was very very helpful and always smiling. the rooms are not bad I can give this 4 out of 5. Good variety of food choices.
