Ulusoy Kemer Holiday Club - Kids Concept

The best hotel for families with children, a mini club, a children's dining room, swimming pools, a green area, a safe place where all the staff take care of your rest. We have a rest here for 6 years and enjoy every time.

I higly recommend the hotel for families with children. The food is excellent. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The territory is green and shady. The beach is good too. It’s been our fourth visit to the hotel, and we are fully satisfied with what we get.

we enjoyed our staying in Ulusoy Kemer Holiday Club in August 2023. Very green territory with a great amount of huge magnificent trees and the winding roads among old style buildings created atmosphere of thr Medieval Turkish town.It was shady and cool in the morning and afternoon. The food was delicious with a great variety of fresh fish and meat dishes. A lot of stuff kept the territory and restaurant zone clean and tidy. The sea was clean and transparent and the area was safe for a child to swim. Aquapark with slides was also safe and pleasant both for a child and grownups.We enjoyed spa zone with experienced massage therapists. Especially I'd like to thank Ratna from Bali. We think that there are points that need improvement. First of all, it is the decoration of the rooms( they look dull) and we think that 5 star hotel should provide the guests with the individual washing set and tea/coffee set. Another thing to mention is the qualifiation of bartenders. They did not know the ingredients of the cocktails and even pinocolada alcohol free for a child was always of different taste to say nothing of alcohol cocktails. Other problems we faced were settled with the help of the stuff and the special help department.

Beautiful resort, amazing food and very caring staff. Children and grown ups entertained with a great variety of music and shows every night. Great efforts Down side a dated rooms could do with a refurb, as there were lots of leaking and broken corners in need of update. Kids had a fantastic time both at the beach and pool side. Rather busy with guests, but staff will really make an effort to ensure everyone is taken care of and enjoy and have good memorable time. Thank you to all hard working staff

Hallo, First of all- I am a Trip advisor member since: 2012 I have putted over + 150 reviews from Europe, Asia, Americas - with different chain of the Hotels- so I would like to give a fair feedback. I have visited a Hotel called " Kemer Holiday Club" in August 2023. Pros of the Hotel are the followed: a) Location - both access to the Pool, Garden and Sea area b) Large space of the Hotel - size of the land + Garden and Trees. c) Friendly - Head of Entertainment Group - old school approach to the customer ( but team should speak a little bit of English - not only Russian) d Food + Pancakes Station + Bars- service. e) Pool size + Aquapart+ Lifegards- good job overall for this service. Cons of the Hotels: a) Rooms Size: offered by the Hotel and its owner are really small. I have the chance to change the room - but overall the size is quite small. b) Rooms standard: For a 5 Start Hotel + its certification - please think about the investment in the Rooms Renovation. Beds are very not comfortable + Pillows also. Last renovation was in 2014 as reported - so it is 9 years old a little bit to old in comparison for the new hotels in Turkey Antalya region. c) Reception Service - overall experience was bad. Lack of foreign languages capacity for all the members of the reception team. Reaction for reported problem was standard but Foreign langue experience was very poor. d) Cleaning Service - was done everyday. But quality of the cleaning in the room and outside of the room- is also very poor. I have reported a 2 times a place for cleaning for the service- should not be like that. e) Price of the Hotel to the quality - to expensive vs. quality of above services. Overall, better level. In my opinion - Not a 5 star Hotel due the missing a good quality service.

If you wanted to spend a holiday in a jungle - this is a perfect decision, cause don't they just have a lot of trees around, also there is no wi-fi in rooms and on a beach as a perfect bonus if they don't have enough rooms - you will leave in a freaking 2x3 meter white box with no view at all. TOTAL SCAM! DISAPPOINTED! WORST 5 STAR HOTEL!

I can recommend this hotel to everyone, it's a very nice area, lots of greenery, you feel like you're in a park. Everything is well located, within easy reach. The rooms are small but tidy, everything you need is there, well maintained. The food was delicious, you want to try everything, there was a large selection of fruit, there were themed dinners. Turkish coffee was very tasty, pastries were delicious. The staff are very polite and friendly, the customer service girls are fantastic, always pleasant, with a smile. Perfect for families! Score: 4.5/5 While the hotel is small, you can expect a great holiday experience. The rooms were very clean and tidy, with plenty of room for guests. The food was amazing with lots of options. The sea was clean and tranquil and there were many activities to join throughout the day. Not to mention that the activity team were very friendly, as were all staff I met. The only downside I can think of is the humidity and evening heat which can be unpleasant in the evenings. However during the day there is lots of shade and a good number of eating and drinking areas do visit. There is also a good miniclub if you have children and a nice cafe area. I would recommend visiting this hotel! Overall I score it a 4.5/5. You receive an excellent service for what you pay!
