Chose this hotel for the restaurant.but to be told on arrival that it was fully booked so we could not get food. Being diabetic this was a big let down. Cleanliness was good but will not be booking here again.. very disappointing.

The hotel is clean, nicely decorated, and very welcoming. Dog friendly and friendly staff. Nice bar. Good breakfast. Easy to access from the main highway. Safe parking area. Good pillows. Good value for money.

Next to the highway, restaurants close by, good parking, friendly reception, nice breakfast, dog friendly, Clean but small room, good bed.the hairdryer was very good. A good hotel to stop on our way to Portugal.

A very comfortable room, quiet and clean, offering good food, a good location and off-road parking. Also with some excellent staff, who were both efficient and friendly. I would happily return for a future stay.

Cozy hotel, quiet area, very clean, good parking, great coffee, easy to find. Friendly personnel, small but nice decorated rooms, supermarket around the corner, the price. I would recommend this hotel !

Un bel endroit, agréable, un personnel attentif et très professionnel, une restauration excellente. Son emplacement permet un accès facile et rapide depuis Bordeaux. L'Hôtel Porte du Bassin est un lieu très apprécié par les membres du club d'affaires que j'anime, nous y sommes totalement fidèles depuis plusieurs mois !

Las habitaciones muy pequeñas y desechables, el servicio de buffet muy malo, se acabo la comida y no volvieron a surtir nada. El personal comento que estaba sola en cocina, pero no tendrian provisiones suficientes para un grupo grande, la verdad pesimo servicio

Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés. Très bon accueil, chambre propre, tout était parfait. Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour et compter y retourner pour mes prochains déplacements à Gradignan.

Accueil téléphonique et sur place très sympathique. Propreté de la chambre, literie très confortable. Parking sécurisé et gratuit. Accueil 24/24. Emplacement intéressant pour une halte . Seul petit bémol, améliorer la visibilité de l'hôtel pour les arrivées de nuit !
