The restaurant on site was excellent. A little far from the Venice airport. They were excellent at securing transportation to the Venice airport.

This hotel is most definitely not 3 star, it is 2 star at absolute most. Old, worn out and stained furniture, cobwebs hanging from light fixtures, a shower that doesn't drain, terrible smelling carpets, pillows and linens. Very, very dated fixtures and in desperate need of a renovation.
Terrible service on check out where I was charged for the incorrect room, and then accused by email of checking out without paying at all.
When I provided my receipt they acknowledged that the clerk (who I had to WAKE UP in order to check out at 4 am) charged me for the wrong room, and now they want my credit card information by email so that they can bill me the difference. NOT A CHANCE WILL THAT BE HAPPENING!
I have sent an Interac payment to them in Canadian dollars for the difference in the charges, but I'm shocked and stunned that they are pursuing me for this money.
I would recommend that you sleep in your car or on the floor of the airport rather than this hotel.

Pessimo! La pulizia della camera lascia desiderare. Dopo aver fatto ben 2 volte presente che la camera era sporca, con delle ragnatele, polvere, ma soprattutto con la cabina doccia che era veramente sporca, questo è il risultato ( vedere le foto): lavoro fatto a metà, così hanno messa in evidenza, ancora di più, la sporcizia che c'era. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno! Peccato perché il ristorante era fantastico!

I due pallini sono dovuti al ristorante dignitoso. L' hotel è un' accozzaglia di mobili dismessi nel 1970, peggio ancora le camere con materassi datati e come coperta l' interno dei sacchi/piumone, con lenzuola striminzite quindi nessuna igiene ! Rivedere almeno questo o lenzuola a sacco con piumonie dentro o copriletto di cotone bianco!!!!

Albergo 4* molto curato, situato in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Personale molto cortese e professionale. Camere molto pulite e ben tenute, dotate anche di paytv. Ottima zona colazione. Presente esternamente una piccola piscina con sdrai. Collegato all'hotel c'è anche un ristorante, esterno alla struttura, disponibile per ospiti ed esterni. Consigliato!

Hotel rilassante, frequentato da ciclisti e moto. Camere vecchiotte ma pulite e grandi. Molto buona la colazione. Personale professionale, magari dovrebbe essere un po' più coloroso con gli ospiti non friulani.
