Hotel Rialto

The hotel is in very bad condition, it has strange smell, everything is old and nobody cares about it. You have no privacy on balcony, you look each other to the neighbours balcony. The price is too high for what they are offering. The interior of the room is probably from 1970.

It looks like a nice place with really spacious rooms. That is a huge plus. There is also a huge minus. There is no hotel reception service during the night and some rooms are not in their best condition. We got a room on the second floor and another on the third floor for my mom in law. Her room was kinda good, except for the spiders in the bed, ours kids ******. The air conditioning stopped working the second night, it started being smelly. The room was getting hot, that kind of hot, that our kid hesitated to sleep and started yelling instead. Opening the balcony didn’t work, because there was no net barrier, so we would end up with like hundreds of mosquitoes inside. Mosquitoes were everywhere around and opening the front door would be risky. We had plenty of them inside the room during the first night and I ended up with around 40 bites. Rest of the family shared the same fate. After eliminating them, we would be thinking twice about getting such a visit back in. Another thing, which caused few troubles was the bathtub. The shield protecting the floor from getting a flood didn’t stay at its desired position and moved like 1cm behind the edge. So we had a nice flood after each shower. Again, the benefit of the bathroom is its size. Otherwise the place was clean, the breakfast was not bad, to Italy to br honest quite good. We had the side turned the direction to the sea. Very close to the hotel , practically under the windows is an island for separated waste. I can’t understand people throwing there glass bottles around 1:30am. The place and it’s location is ok, just those details are ruining the better impression.
