*Important things to note:
-While fully paved, the drive up to the property is steep and we highly recommend AWD/4WD. Videos of the drive can be viewed by searching for "Azure Heights drive up from main road" on the world's largest video platform.
-In the winter months, if snow or ice is present, parking further down & walking up may be required, ask about this before booking.
-We allow up to 4 vehicles on the property (2 motorcycles count as 1 vehicle). Trailers are not permitted on the property.
-We have regular pest control treatments and do everything we can to mitigate critters. However, this is an older cottage home and surrounded by forest. It is impossible to prevent all bugs from entering the home. Cabin owners in the Smoky Mountains in the fall and winter months deal especially with ladybugs & stinkbugs trying to enter the house to overwinter.
