Limpeza 10! Aquecedor no quarto e no banheiro, água quentinha e secador de cabelo. Café da manhã farto e saboroso. Atendimento excelente e nos fez sentir acolhidos. Simples e aconchegante! Amei 🥰

Ficamos em um quarto standart, cama de madeira, colchão duro, chuveiro com pouca água, única lixeira do quarto fica no banheiro e está enferrujada, poucas tomadas e modelo antigo. Não indico. Pedimos para fazer um upgrade, e a recepcionista nos informou que teríamos que pagar a diferença do quarto (achei justo) e uma taxa de limpeza extra. Não concordei com a taxa de limpeza extra, pois fiquei uma diária no standart e mudaria a partir das segunda diária para o outro. De qualquer forma a limpeza já estava incluída na minha diária. No mais, café da manhã bom, hotel limpo.

Eu e minha família gostaríamos de deixar registrado que a nossa estadia no Hotel Zermart foi simplesmente maravilhosa, excelenteee! O ambiente é super aconchegante, tudo muito limpinho e bem cuidado — e aquele chuveiro maravilhosoooo merece destaque à parte! 🚿😍 Quero elogiar especialmente o Cléber da recepção, sempre muito atencioso e prestativo 💙, e também todos os outros funcionários, que foram igualmente gentis e acolhedores. Hotel muito bem localizado, apenas 2 minutos do centro de Gramado, de carro. Foi uma experiência deliciosa e com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar aí! 🥰✨
