The location is quite good, very close to the bus station. It is very convenient to take the bus to the Alhambra Palace in the morning. It's not far from other attractions. There's a Carrefour nearby, so it's very convenient to buy water and so on. The bed in the room is a bit soft and the sound insulation effect is average. There is a restaurant street downstairs. It is a bit noisy on weekdays and weekend nights, but it gets better after 12 o'clock. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice, spoke good English, and was responsive to all requests.

Great hotel in a great location. We could reach all the important sights like Alhambra on foot. The room itself was clean, but compared to what we experienced on our trip through Andalusia for the same price, it could have been cleaner to be honest.

The person who checked us in was not very friendly and welcoming.
The air conditioning was not working and we felt an excuse was given to cover that situation.
We opened a door for some cooler air but it was too noisy outside since we were on a busy street.

A great hotel and we’d recommend purchasing the breakfast buffet.

I found that the room was a little bit small but overall it is a really nice hotel, good a/c, good location. Unfortunately my friend's tour of Alhambra was cancelled the day we stayed there but the the person at the lobby was really nice and helpful and took his time to suggest other places of interest that he could visit and how to get to the places. The breakfast was really good. One thing I did not like was that the main elevator was out of service so we had to take the service elevator located in the room service section.
