The hotel room was excellent – very spacious, clean, and hygienic. I particularly loved the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The service was fantastic; the staff were warm and patient. The location is superb, making it very easy to get to the Alhambra. There are also many restaurants nearby and it's close to shopping areas.

The location is good. It says there's parking, but it's only for 15 minutes. Parking fees are very high.

Exceeding expectations, the front desk staff were incredibly proactive and enthusiastic, offering information on nearby tourist attractions and answering all our questions. They even helped us look up things online for us. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the location is excellent, making it very convenient for visiting attractions. For this price, the service, location, and facilities, it's highly recommended! Chain hotels generally offer a high level of quality assurance! The only downside was that the breakfast selection seemed limited, with a small amount of vegetables, though there was enough to eat.

I was assigned a room on the second floor, facing south, with a small balcony window where I could reach out and touch an orange tree. The hotel's overall facilities were in the style of before 2010, but there was nothing particularly unacceptable. The Alhambra Palace is truly magnificent.
