This clean and comfortable unit with amenities will add to your vacation experience in Moab.The home is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, dishware, cookware and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has toilet paper, liquid body wash, shampoo. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided) All bed linens, shower towels, washcloths and pool towels are provided. There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice! All bedrooms are located upstairs in this unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has it’s own TV. There is also a full bathroom located upstairs. The ground level also includes a walk-out patio, living room, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom and washer and dryer room. The walk-out patio provides stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and the red-rock rims, as well as a gas barbecue grill and cafe table and chairs.The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store your golf clubs, mountain bikes, jeeps, side by sides, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab Car show.This is an interior unit - There is a driveway pad located outside of all interior units. The garage door is 16 FT IN in width, height is 7 FT 10 IN, and the depth of the garage is 21 FT. The length of the driveway pad outside of the garage is 36 FT and 16 FT in width.
