Excellent breakfast, by American standards, spacious gym and rooms, free access to coffee, tea, water. Rooftop bar is great. Big glass of gin tonic for 12 bucks. According to the classics of American rooms, it is very dark. At the request of the reception they gave a shaving kit for free

Front desk staff was unfriendly and didn't bother to greet even. It seemed they were not happy to see guest. Breakfast was not great and person helping in breakfast was rude.

The hotel was clean the front desk though was never present had to wait till he decided to come and check us in. He was just unapologetic about it. Other than that it was cool for the money.

Great sized rooms that were clean. Comfortable beds. A bar/restaurant on the top floor was great. Our only negative, and it’s nothing big, is that it took a while to get food restocked at breakfast on a Saturday morning.

This property is only about 10 minutes from all of the main attractions. Very clean , staff was professional and friendly. Was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast each morning and the 24 hour coffee station. This a solid hotel and reasonably priced considering it’s a tourist area. Definitely worth checking out and staying at.

Convenient to get to Niagara Falls. staff was very friendly upon arrival. Room updated and very nice. Bed was comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and our bed wasn't made. That is my only complaint. Would highly recommend.

We came to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Our room was great. Lots of room, comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Our room was on the first floor. The only problem was the noise out in the lobby. People talking, a family at breakfast who’s children were very loud.
