We stayed one night in this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect and the city, Saint-Ursanne, was beautiful to visit. We also enjoyed the spa. Overall this gateway was perfect for relaxing and having a break from work. We will come back again!

J'ai passé un séjour d'exception! J'ai séjourné dans une chambre Cosy et j'ai beaucoup apprécié le choix et l'esthétisme des matériaux, l'accueil chaleureux et la luminosité de la chambre! Les espaces communs sont aussi superbes, notamment la salle du petit-déjeuner, et j'ai adoré le fait qu'il y ait de la tête de moine pour le petit-déjeuner. Le spa est absolument splendide. Je ne peux que recommander un séjour à l'hôtel de la Cigogne!

Doppelzimmer "Cosy" für mehr als 350 Franken. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht! Im Zimmer weder Tisch noch Stuhl, kein Fernseher. Wlan-Login sehr kompliziert, statt Name&Passwort. Immerhin Dusche übersurchschnittlich. Das Frühstück ist nicht "aussergewöhlich", nur guter Durchschnitt. Das Spa ist sehr klein, im Ruhebereich keine Liegen und Wolldecken. Bei der Reservation wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass das Hotelrestaurant geschlossen ist. Als Gast haben wir uns selber bemühen müssen vor Ort ein offenes Restaurant zu finden; auch das zum gleichen Betrieb gehörende und von der Rezeption empfohlene "Pastaverna" war geschlossen. Auch hier: für diese Preisklasse ist der Hotelsevice ungenügend.

Hôtel très bien décoré. Il donne l’impression d’être dans le époque médiévale, mais avec de confort moderne. La sauna parfait pour se reposer après une balade dans la village. Personnelle sympathique. Localisation parfait. La possibilité de faire un check out tardif pour profiter la mâtinée.

Ein Geheimtipp der wohl nicht mehr lange geheim bleibt! Das Hotel ist absolut einmalig im Jura. Komplett renoviert und mit sehr viel Stil und Geschmack eingerichtet erfreut es jeden Besucher mit einer wohltuenden Helligkeit. Nicht nur für Architekten eine Augenweide! Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einzig der Zimmerservice hat noch etwas potenzial nach oben. Aber sonst ist alles perfekt. Wir haben zwei Nächte hier verbracht und waren rundherum zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hôtel très fraîchement rénové de fond en comble, avec goût. La chambre que nous avons occupé était belle, fonctionnelle et confortable et le spa de très bonne tenue, agréable. Le personnel est sympathique et attentionné. Une très bonne adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation.
